I believe it's PCB. The only theme that is not 100% catchy is letty's. Ran's and Yukari's work as consecutive arcs of the same plot point, wich is the idea...

Also you have the best fucking underdog theme in the whole series. Phantom Ensemble.

PCB. The part when you reach the gate and Reimu is talking about how much warmer it is up there and then when Phantom Ensemble plays it has that warm sounding bass in it contrasting all the music that came before it since ZUN usually mixes the lows down.

SA. Has my favorite Stage 3, 4, and 5 stage themes, one of the best stage 1 boss themes, Nuclear Fusion and the Extra stage theme are great while playing the game. None of the tracks I find any worse than average.

I used to like PCB's music but now I can't stand most of it, goddamn synth trumpets. It still has my favorite Stage 2 stage theme, but that's it.
