However... Gensokyo is full of many different and powerful beings, all with their own goals and ambitions. Gods, youkai, magicians, mystical creatures, vampires, and even other Tengu. Why fight yourself when you can get others to do it for you? As the weaker being, you should never fight your own battles. And by getting the stronger beings to fight amongst themselves, you are the one winning in the end. it's all about getting your enemies to fight for your causes, foolishly thinking that they are advancing their own.
