I haven't eaten in over 48 hours. How much longer can I go till it becomes dangerous?

I've gone 4 days. I wanted to go a week and could have, I don't remember why I stopped, but I wasn't extremely hungry or anything.

48 hours is not dangerous at all. Humans did not always have such free access to food at all times so they could masturbate over how they get three or six meals a day and how much skipping one is extremely dangerous and will kill you.

I survive on simple things. If you have bread, grab it and eat. Peanut butter? Slap it on. Oatmeal, if you get quick oats (Not instant, there's a difference) you can just mix it with water, throw it in the microwave or atop the stove, and you're done. Rice is more complex but still simple. Just involves boiling water in a pot.

Of course, cereal is easy. And raw vegetables.

Put water in a pot.
Put a cup of rice in the water (this will make a lot of rice).
Boil the water, keep it boiling.
Periodically taste the rice to see if it is cooked yet, usually takes about 12 minutes from when it started boiling for Basmati or Jasmine.

Not entirely true. People search for a way to do things, not entirely relying or looking at or for instructions. In your mind, putting a thin layer of rice on a baking sheet with some water might seem like a much better way to cook rice than any instructions could tell you to do.

>> No.9330896

who freegan here

>> No.9330900

The problem isn't that raw meats or foods are inherently dirty, but rather the conditions the food is exposed to on the way to your kitchen. You cook it to either rid the food of any bacteria it's picked up along the way or because you like the taste of cooked foods.

For example in the pork industry, after the Mossad started the rumors of pork carrying diseases things have gotten "better" over the past years and you can usually now order pork cooked to your liking much like beef.
