Wet cloth on head, naked on the rest of body.
Occasionally wipe your hands in the cloth and rub it over your body.

Works really well.
Your head is the worst hit in the head, and the light water you rub on to you elsewhere indirectly helps by cooling the rest of your body.

Every 7-10 minutes, take it off and lightly move it back and forward loosely so that it cools it again.
Every 45+ minutes, rewet it.

Also works well in fevers.

Farenheit is a better scale, because it has logical ranges. 100? That's hot nigga, and you know its hot cause it's a big number. It won't kill you, wants the point in measuring the weather in scales that you will never encounter.
0? You know that's cold nigga! 32? It's cold, but it's not like you shouldn't go outside. So when it's 0 you know it's DAMN cold.

I wish they'd teach the kids "unit algebra," it's practical in everyday life and it'd save a little time later in any physics program or engineering school. Maybe they do already. I haven't seen anybody get confused by hertz being the inverse of seconds in a while.

Weather temperatures vary so wildly that ever using a decimal point, even in "half-Celsius", would be completely pointless.

Precise temperature measurements are only needed in science and only just barely cooking if it is a complex recipe. (most things are just HOT AS FUCK, COOL AS FUCK and TURN THAT THING HALF WAY AROUND)

Decimals or not, they both represent the same thing in the end.
Celsius works better with the rest of everything since that is what the entire system was built upon.

All Fahrenheit done was separate freezing and boiling by 180 degrees so it can divide neatly. (just like the same argument with inches and feet)
It is just some inane hatred of a decimal point.

Why don't you measure everything in base units?
