There are 5 buttons you need to use. A, B, and C are self-explanatory. There's also D and Q (or E). D is the shield button, which you can hold for a normal shield or press at the moment of impact for an EX-shield which spends no circuit. Also, D is used for shield bunkers (and cancels), 214D. Q is the key used for throwing or dodging, and also shielding. To discover which key it is, know that when 5Q is pressed, it does a shield, 4Q and 6Q perform a throw and 2Q is dodge. The frame-link isn't the problem. To baracancel, you have to do it during hitstop (WHICH IS NOT HITSTUN/BLOCKSTUN.) The easiest way to do it is on something that hits multiple times, like warc's ex bloodring or shiki's 236c

Just practice it a little in practice modo with a Shiki spamming 236c

I think Nanaya is the long range one and Tohno the one that hits if you're in close. If i'm right, for Nanaya you'd want to get as close as possible, and Tohno just back up. Or vice-versa, i dont remember.

Shiki Tohno's Arc drive has grab like properties at point blank from both his blood heat and normal heat ones.

Shiki Nanaya's normal arc drive has no grab like properties at all. His blood heat arc drive will hit you if you touch a single pixel of either of the mirror images however.
