The theme seems like a rip-off of digimon and that movie where the dreams make the real world time go slower.

Worst part of the fatass MC is that his voice isn't fat.

The only part of Accel World I like is the girls. I skip past every part that takes place in the cyber world place. It would have been a lot more entertaining if the cyber world was a bright fantasy world like in the first episode, but it just ended up being a cg-filled ugly grim dark world.
