How do you deal with other people's obnoxious noise, /jp/?

My neighbours seem to love playing loud music late at night. I can't take it easy like this.

My neighbours seem to be cool. The ones to the right are silent and the ones to the left do funny things. A few nights ago they had a drunk girl who was annoying them, so they kicked her out onto the street and she began crying and trying to get back in, she calmed down after an hour and they let her back in. It was funny to hear her cry.
