I've stopped making bread as often as I used to. I think the hot weather killed my interest in all types of cooking except for grilling and barbecuing. In the dry season making a poolish won't be as nice anyway. When it first rains in the autumn I'll probably get the urge to start making bread again. Lots of soups, stews, and roasted meats are best when it's cooler outside anyway. Fuck gazpacho and potato and leek soup.
