I use vi keybindings for everything, which are fortunately quite easy to use with my right hand alone.

I guess you could just use the mouse? Click and drag.

I use the mouse to scroll down, and click to the turn the page, but I constantly have to use two keys on the keyboard to zoom in/out of the page to actually see the entire thing, or even read out.

I use MMCE, two up fullpage display.

Left-click or space to advance a page. Single hand reading, pure and simple.

I suppose on a smaller monitor it might not work so well?

I keep my mouse in my left hand and use my thumb to click and scroll. I don't see why you would need to zoom in and out of pages, just use a better program or website.

Well, I can only get it to view in either one of two ways, and I've tried messing with all the options:

1. Zoomed in enough to see the text, but not the full picture.

2. Zoomed out enough to see the full picture, but to small to read the text.
