They're all the same 東方 ("Touhou" for filthy baka gaijins). They are all created by one man named ZUN.

However, there is also a decent amount of fanworks made by the game, that is not originally made by ZUN, this is called fanon.

That feel when you're a veteran secondary who's held a Lunatic WR in IN, knows more canon facts about Touhou, and in general enjoys everything (both in the fan and official works) about Tohou more than any of the primaries on /jp/.
