So far, this third medication I'm on has stopped me from getting to that stage. Maybe you just need something different?
When I get severely depressed, there's nothing I can do to get out of it but wait, because it makes everything seem like a huge effort and incredibly boring, meaning anything I try to do to distract myself just makes me feel worse.

I've never felt lonely and I haven't been depressed in over a year.
