Sakuya was in like, one game. In IN, Youmu was there too. Youmu is in TD too, making her as much a character as Sanae or Sakuya in terms of appearances.

Why do people jack off over Sakuya?

Kanakow uses her more like a tool and of course Suwako just doesn't concern her at all.
Sanae is more of that person who wants to tag along with the others even though they really don't care.

After Sanae came Sakuya was all but erased from the series it leaves a bad taste.

What three games? She's playable in Phantasmagora of Dim.Dream, but so far we haven't counted PoFV in counting playable characters. She was playable in Mystic Square, and a boss in Story of Eastern Wonderland and, I guess, Highly Responsive to Prayers.

PCB WAS the one game. One fucking game. IN she was just there for the partnering humans and youkai gimmick along with Youmu. PoFV "everyone" was there. Then her and Youmu were gone. No one whined about Youmu being gone but they were all SAKUYA IS BEST PROTAG WHY DON'T SHE SHOW UP ANYMORE? Sanae herself didn't become playable until UFO even though Sakuya and Youmu became playable after the games where they first appeared but people were WHO IS THIS SLUT NOT SAKUYA 0/10 and I'll admit I didn't like her until TD sex hair makeover but it's not like Sakuya was anything other than a guest character. Sanae has at least the potential to be important to the world/story like Mima.

When I play IN, PCB and EoSD I always cycle through the characters a few times hoping that I could one day select and play as Sanae. ;_;
