You know how some eroge begin by asking whether you'd like to view guro or vore scenes? Are there any eroge that are more specifically tailored to the player? Something structured, like a VN, just with scenes switched around a bit depending on whether you've opted for, say, lolicon content.

I know routes and decisions are basically an in-game way of doing this, but it'd be nice to have a story that's unique for each player.

There's a pretty good fan translation I found on piratebay, on my other computer so I can't link it but should be easy enough to find. I'd say it's worth playing, if you don't speak japanese though you'll miss a bunch of different endings they added in essence+.
