You could try to train yourself to lower or raise the pitch of your voice.
There is no real easy way to do it, just practice.

Recording your voice to do playbacks and improve that way also helps.

there's tons of tutorials on the internet on how to make you sound more like a girl. google mtf voice training. nothing about sounding like a little girl though, but i guess it'd be easy once you get into female vocal range in general.

it's tons of work and generaly annoying though. not sure if worth.
