I see some sort of movelist in the index file in the last tab, 能力一覧. Satori can lay her invisible green grenades from Double Spoiler, Koishi is invisible every once a while, Reisen makes clones when jumping or shooting to distract etc

I tried the racing mode and was completely destroyed. Did alright in the battle mode, but don't know any moves yet.

How does one perform special attacks? You can kick and throw stuff by pressing z, punch with x and jump with c. That's all i know so far...

Also, those racing levels are not really that great.

It depends on the character. As someone said above, you can dig through some moonrunes in the Index.html file, last tab, or just play around.
Some things I found were
Byakuren - Run and press Punch: if you hit someone with the scroll, she does an aerial combo.
Tenshi - Run and press Punch
Tenshi - While in the air, press Down and Punch
I'm sure there are plenty of others, just experiment like you would in any fightan game.

Oh wow, the A.I. seems to have really huge problems when you just use Yuyuko's midair X attack.

They just walk into it again and again trying to hit you while you float around...
