Can't wait for Nitori and Murasa, and Mystia, whenever she's released. I'm glad I got the Kotobukiya Aya, she looks much better than that one. Those eyes, and it doesn't seem like a fitting stance for her.

I should also learn some self-control. Pretty much all of the money I get from now until sometime in August or September will be spent on figures. I guess when I start getting so many they begin looking tacky I'll be more apprehensive.

Feels weird to prefer a Griffon fig over someone elses. The initial line art for Ques Q's Yuyuko was great. Nice slender and elegant. Their prototype looks like it has almost no neck and the big tits ruin the look. From a technical standpoint it's far superior though.

I'm really liking those butterflies. The placement of the ghosts in the Ques Q version looks better than the Griffon one, too. I just hope that painted it doesn't look like floating globs of semen like with Griffon's.

Expect them to be fairly high. Ques Q's Yukari is over 11k. Though their Sakuya and Meiling are around 7.5k and their Patchouli is about 6k. I'm expecting Nitori and Remilia to be around Sakuya's price range, and Yuyuko and Yuuka between Sakuya's and Yukari's.

Though AmiAmi seems consistent with offering 11% discounts for Ques Q's releases, so don't forget to take that into account.

First of all, look at her legs and her feet.
QuesQ has had problems with wonky looking legs in the past, and here I think it is a problem yet again. Even if bodies can be twisted that way, it looks unnatural and uncomfortable, and I personally don't think it's an interesting way to pose her legs either, even if they made it look natural. The way she is leaning backwards also looks a bit weird.

if you follow up from her legs to her hips; you can see that she has none. The legs appear to go right into the torso. I don't mind big boobs, I like that, but the way her boobs are big and her hips practically invisible, she looks very top heavy.

I also think the way they have worked with sculpting the cloth and frills is a bit boring and chunky, even if it's better than Griffon (this is a bif problem for me with them).

This is maybe a real nit-pick thing from me, but the way her dress opens so widely in the front is a problem for me. It's closed in the official art, why do they need to show off so much of her body? I don't mind a sexy and curvy Yuyuko, but it's too much. It's borderline vulgar to me.

I also think the stand looks cluttered and stupid. I think it looks really obvious the way they have "attached" butterflied so her sleeves and fans to make it look like they are flying near her, at least when there are that many.

People say that Griffon faces are generic, but QuesQ isn't that much better in that aspect, even if they are less ugly.

Okay, so maybe she isn't that bad. But she has a lot of small flaws everywhere. At least I think she does, and from the very beginning I didn't find the art promising either. It's fine if you don't agree, but I think the flaws are pretty obvious.

So, I've been moving stuff in my room recently, and I thought getting my one and only fig close to me besides the monitor would be a nice touch.

However, my table is one of those attached-to-the-wall types, and she shakes a lot. Does that harm her in any way? It's been bothering me a lot.
