One thing that does concern me is the excessive gesticulation.
I think I do the same. I mean, I don't touch my fingers to count things, or separate my hands while yelling "Like, hellooooo? You know, rite? Ecksdee", but when I get emotional about something I tend to use my hands and even my body to add more context.
