How do you spend your days? How do you fill the time?

Every day I wake up at 8 AM, have tea, read a book and then go sit on the computer until it's time to sleep again.

I spend at least 2 hours writing an article on whatever topic comes into my head. If I finish early I proofread and edit it, or go back over old ones. Hopefully someday I can use them.

Spend around 30 minutes playing pretend with a sledge hammer which helps keep me from getting flabby.

The rest of the day I just act on whims.

I don't even know, augh. Every time I'm bored or have 'nothing to do' I remind myself I could read a book or practice japanese then somehow my mind just completely strikes these out and I sit there doing NOTHING, or worse, browsing /jp/.

This sounds interesting. What do you normally write about, just anything?

I really enjoy reading peoples thoughts and ideas, and I think that's what keeps an idea evolving. You should post them online somewhere.

Yesterday I wrote about symbolism in a book, today I wrote about why I like a particular RPG. I think I managed to make some article about how to get more fiber in your diet as well...

I have the foolish hope that I can sell some to some freelance writing sites some day. If that doesn't happen (it probably won't) I'll do... something with them.

I like to sleep as much as I can, but I must force myself to get up and move so I don't get blood clots or faint or something like that. Not moving for long and not seeing sun really challenges your body, even if it does not feel like it.

Sure, if it's small enough. Most of what I read is philosophy or old literature, so it varies.

I can get a 200-300 page book done over a pot of tea no problem. Anything longer and I'd have to take a break, to either let myself absorb the information or simply due to fatigue.

If it's non-fiction type stuff, say an essay or thesis I usually prefer to take my time with those due to content. For example I've been reading a huge 2 part sociology text book called Theories of Society that I've spent at least a month on already because there are at least 1500 pages.

For fiction - if you haven't read any yet - I would suggest Fyodor Dostoyevsky. "Crime and Punishment" is a great novel, but all his works are extremely entertaining yet full of wonderful ideas and philosophies.

For non-fiction, the last I finished up was "The Dynamics of Ancient Empires" which explores the inner workings of the major empires such as the Chinese or the Assyrians. It was pretty good.

7:40AM, I leave for work, get there at 8AM. I clock in and sit at a computer. I then browse 4chan and play facebook Tetris for a bit then get to work. I alternate between work and Tetris/4chan until I'm done at 5PM. Sometime between 12PM and 2PM, I whatever I fixed in my lunchbox.
I then get home at 5:20PM and eat dinner. By 5:40PM, I leave for school. I then listen to some lecture, work on stuff, read VNs and browse 4chan on my laptop until it's time to go (varies).
When I finally get home, I read VNs, browse 4chan, and play League of Legends with friends.

On the weekends, I just read VNs, browse 4chan, and play League of Legends.

Yes, for new cards, I just keep pressing 1 until I'm 100% confident I know the card. Plus, I use the Anki 2.0 beta which I can set up so once I do end up pressing "Good", it still shows me the card 5 more times at increasing intervals (5, 10, 15, 20, 30 mins) to make sure it's burned into my head, and if I do somehow forget one I just press "Again" and it's back to interval 0. Not sure if you know what I mean, but if you want to use Anki for learning and not just reviewing you should download 2.0 as it has "learning mode" options.

I don't have one, and I don't have any money. Besides, I don't want to make just any kind of music. The kind of music I want to make would probably be best described as "electronic music", so I don't think acoustic instruments would do me any good.

I've tried various music-making programs, and they just feel very uncomfortable to use without a hardware controller. Entering notes with the mouse is a pain, and even more so with the keyboard. It's been very discouraging.

Woke up this morning 5:30 sharp with a blowjob from two bitches, one was trying to fit my humongous 3 pound balls in her mouth while the other was choking halfway on my 18 and 3\8 inch dick. Must have came about a quart of sperm. They wanted more, cockslapped them unconcious, I had to hit the gym. Frontflipped from my 14th floor loft into my valet parked 2012 Ferrari (I got connexions) and gave the valet 3000$ in loose change. Pushed my shit to about 4 hundo (mph, mind you) and I was at the gym in no time. When I entered, the room scent suddently changed from sweat to wet pussy. That;s just the effect I have on hoes. Did my usual relax routine, 6000 push-ups, 8500 crunches, bench pressed 30 plates, etc. etc. you know the drill. After doing my shit in 16 minutes, my super strong senses got in action, I was smelling pussy. I looked up, and sure enough this fly honey was coming towards me. When i say fly, I mean that bitch was fine as a fucking umbrella. 18 years old, 44DD titties on a tight fucking frame. I mean a real skinny bitch, the type you losers jack off to, she didnt weigh more than 5 pounds. Took out my trouser monster and she started to squirt hard, she was convulsing and having 6 orgasms at the same time. Then I gave it to her while all the guys were giving me high fives and all the hoes were on the floor squirting like motherfucking fountains. Made the slut beg for my cum, but I didnt give it to her to prove a point, I still came but only compressed air came out, imagine your best orgasm, then multiply it by 35. Didnt say nothing, hopped back in the Lambo and went back home. Now I'm sitting here, drinking 15 000$ champagne and eating gold plated sushis made by the 2 bitches from earlier. Toronto was slightly cheaper to live in at least. Montreal is full of hipsters and yuppies so everything costs more, even if you're in a shit apartment.

I drove through montreal once
i was on the transcanada and almost got run off the rode by a 18 wheeler who changed lanes without looking.

I also had to sleep on the roof of my jeep in a little town(city?) called Val'dor because none of the people at the hotels spoke english

This happened to me once. Perhaps it's my indifference to reality, but I said to "Look, do you think I have anything of value on me worth stealing? Even if I had something like a phone, what are you going to do, all take it to the pawn shop and split the 40 dollars you get for it?" I expected them to rob me of my shoes and kick my ass or something stupid out of principle, but they ended up walking off.

That happens to me too. Seriously, I have no idea how any of you can have a fixed sleep cycle. I can't sleep well if I try to maintain a 24h cycle.

Every week a I "skip" a day because my day is longer than 24h. As far as my inner clock is concerned, the week has only 6 days. I wonder how unhealthy this is. At which age will I die from brain cancer?

I remember a while back there was some fuss about people ACTUALLY having a 26hr inner-clock, according to some studies where they locked people up without any way of telling time.

So... maybe it's not all that unhealthy. Maybe ye're the norm, and the rest are the weird ones.

That sorta thing happens to me too, but if I stay up until I hear birds start to sing, I get huge stomach cramps for some reason; that, and I can't get to sleep from that point onward.
That sorta puts a halt to the time shifting.

Depends on the day.

I usually wake up, go on 4chan, eat breakfast, then go to uni, come back, eat dinner, go on 4chan/watch anime, take a bath, then go to sleep.

On days that I don't have uni I spend all my time on 4chan/watching anime; I rarely play games anymore. That is if my parents don't pester me to go to some place with them. I usually refuse, but they like to push the issue since most of it is business related.

Some days when I go to uni I hang out with an anon I met there. Pretty chill guy. Goes on /jp/ as well.

We both scored pretty highly on the autism test.

There's nothing wrong with being a NEET, the problem is the tryhards that try to push it around just to fit in.

I'm not a shut-in because I've been there and I didn't like it. I aspire to be a NEET in the future once I get a decent amount of savings; although that will probably never happen.

>> No.9064047

Wake up at 10~12 (AM). Then I boot up my computer, check IRC and any 4chan threads that are still alive that I was reading, before going to fix myself a sandwich. Then I proceed to do various online and otaku related activities. Games, 4chan, occasionally some anime, occasionally some VNs. Although my favorite hobby is GMing and playing in roleplaying games (/tg/ stuff, though I don't actually go to that board). I eat when I'm getting hungry (usually around 7PM or so, occasionally some more food at around 12), and I go to sleep at 2~4AM. Repeat.

So basically, wake up, computer all day, sleep. Although lately I have been cleaning my apartment a bit every day. Today I dusted and washed a table that looked like it needed washing. Tomorrow I think I'll try to clean the kitchen floor. I don't do stuff like this terribly often, but after I've cleaned something I find I like having it like that.

Creative stuff I occasionally do involves working on homebrew roleplaying game projects, I've been involved in stuff that a number of people do enjoy. I've done coding in the past too.

You only keep telling yourself this since you're so over-obsessed with trying to make yourself feel better than others. From what I've seen "trueNEETs" are majorly just shitposters that spend all day in bed refreshing /jp/, looking for a chance to show off/shout a desperate cry for attention based on how different they are from everyone else. The blog threads, the "how do I shit/piss without leaving my chair" threads, the empty, messy rooms in the room threads are what your oh-so-glorified "trueNEETs" contribute. Most of the people who buy figs and all kinds of merchandise are people with jobs. Most of the people that visit /jp/ and live in Japan and go to cons are not NEETs. The ones who know how to read Japanese and can fully partake in VNs, Touhou, etc are people that are not mentally underdeveloped, and are those that have the motivation to learn. People who aren't spineless, dull, and unmotivated sacks of shit without interests have hobbies, and actually enjoy them. The sole fact that you wave around your "NEETism" like a status symbol is sickening enough, and when you try to tell everyone that "only I can enjoy X things because I am what most others aren't"; well, that's just a sign of severe retardation, or just being childish.
