Well I know the dog is a regular and somewhat inside meme, but that dog is actually from this really dumb tee-shirt and pants company that use it for their mascot/designs

Only the really immature and weird kids where them thinking they're the coolest thing in 7th grade, even though they're either in high school or college.

What do you mean? It stopped being a good thing to ware in my home city in like 5th grade. I mean I did come off as a dipwad by saying they're the weird and immature kids that still ware them, but those "kids" are always saying to me "Why is it that no one wants to hang with me" or "Haha did you see that?! The teacher farted!" or "Why can't I get girls" and a lot of other shit that is bizarre and to be honest I think most of /jp/ is better in public and being social than these kids and that is saying something.
