It depends on your facial structure to be honest and good make up techniques. Most people don't properly learn how to apply make up and they cake too much on and look like clowns or they don't put enough on to cover imperfections and hide manly traits. Do you do the basics? It should be everyday, I would also recommend visiting a dermatologist but try to stay away from any strong medications if possible as they can wrinkle your face. If you don't want to go out then I would recommend washing your face more often, maybe 3-4 times a day and watching what you eat as it can make your acne worse.
