Well I'll admit there's a fair share of AIDS as far as the Western fanbase goes, with horrible fanart and strange fanfiction, but the reality is... that's the fanbase itself. If Touhou never had any fans outside of Japan, there wouldn't be "Western Cancer" or whatever you're calling it. But there also wouldn't be a fanbase, at all.

I mean everything that is able to create a fanbase, maybe it be books, television, movies, games, anime, will have faggots and cancer in it because the world itself has faggots and cancer in it.
