I'm reasonably fit, and I even enjoy having discipline because it feels less like my life has no purpose. Is it as terrible as some claim or is it doable? I've been living on welfare for a couple of years. The trick is to be nice. Welfare workers have a shitty job and more often than not a shitty live in general. Cultural enrichment agents treat them like crap so if you're always nice and understanding of everything they say, they will like you. How I made friends with the bottle is I bought 2 litres of some storebrand vodka (I'd recommend not the absolute cheapest, storebrand should be the minimum you fall to) and cuddled with it all summer. The liquid in the bottle shrank as my glass kept needing to be refilled.

Room temperature will go down far easier. Frankly, mixing your drinks is a waste of time anyway. The fastest way to get used to the taste is to just have what you're drinking straight. Start with sips until you can get them down without gagging, even if it takes hours for you to get drunk, so what? Adapt to the taste of alcohol and the whole thing gets piss easy, and you can move on to finding things you actually like rather than just sticking with what goes does easiest for you.

You'll be chugging bottles of gas station vodka in no time!
