Do you know music? If so, just pick up FL Studio and Vocaloid from your local Pirate Bay and get reading some tutorials.
If not, go learn some theory. If you want a quick-and-dirty solution:

That won't be out for a while, but it seems pretty good. He just released a douin album at the previous Vomas, so it's not a big deal to me. I'm more excited for the major label debut for PinocchioP, even if that won't be out until July.

Just learn about your DAW, your VSTs, and the different effects and how they work (compression, limiters, etc).

The better you are at using you DAW and VSTs, then the easier it is to create music. Concentrate on this a lot; it's more important than music theory at first IMO. So create tons of songs (even simple and short songs) for practice.

Can anyone recommend me some Vocaloid3 songs? (Those that aren't their demo ones, I've heard them)
The only one I've listened to a lot is SeeU, her voice is so nice and she's so pretty
