Let me tell you all something. It is very easy for each one of you to say oh hey " I am an outcast" or "I am not normal" just because you do not wanna socialize does no mean anything. Normal is what it you want it to be. And guess what? Social skills do not define you as normal or abnormal. They are just part of your personality. And it is up to you to make that deficit in your personality DEFINE YOU as a human being. Do not try to come here and say oh my life is so miserable I cannot communicate with others get your butt up and get to work on your social skills instead of being lame about it. Nobody is going to change you. Your are the only one who can change your situation. And if living in a bed is what you enjoy then go ahead but let me tell you there is more way to life than blankets and a computer. There are children dying of hunger everyday, mothers giving birth, and soldiers dying for their countries.

Think about the word "normal". Consider its etymology and its definition. Think about what it means in statistics, for example.

Normal means "of the norm". Regardless of what we think, we are abnormal (not of the norm). Also personality and happiness are mostly genetic, and the majority of people here _chose_ to live the lifestyle they are living.

Then why are so many people still working in factories well into their forties and fifties? Why do so few people retire after a successful and happy career? Surely if it's normal to strive and become better, then these people should be better off?
