We've been through this a million times before. The US Supreme Court already STRUCK DOWN a law which targeted drawn pornography as being CP because "it is protected free speech" and unless it is based on real children it will remain protected.

All they did was change the wording around and remake the law. So far the new law has never been challenged in court but everyone knows, everyone already knows, that it's unenforceable and if it made it to the Supreme Court again it would be thrown out just as it was before.
