I wouldn't know anything about the drug scene, though. I don't even drink.

Drugs are punished harshly here. If you get caught with even a tiny amount of something that isn't tobacco or alcohol, you can expect hefty fines or maybe jail time. It all depends on how much you have, what you intended to do with it, and whether or not they're in a good mood.
