There is no more meaning to life than the meaning you ascribe to it. Whatever you think the meaning of life is, then that's it. It's just whatever flips that switch from "being alive" and "living" for you, whether it's an idea like "God created us to do X", or an experience like playing VNs all day.

Why are we alive? Why are the people who stand in front of subway doors when people are trying to exit the train alive? I don't think hikkis are any more useless than people who pull that shit - they may be actively contributing to the world in some way, but they're also actively detracting from it (probably in more serious ways than standing in front of the subway doors, if they're that fucking stupid).

The question makes no sense. If 'meaning' is to mean definition, then life is merely replicators, which themselves have a proper definition. If you mean the more general form of autonomous life, that also have a specific definition, but it's more difficult, so I'm not going to go into the details here.
If you mean purpose in life? There is no purpose per se, but you can have your goals, supergoals, metagoals and so on. You're a free agent, with a few base drives that ensure some survival and reproduction and maybe empathy (if you happen not to be a sociopath, thus also have the ability of deriving some form of morality). The drives themselves are easily overridable to some degree. The goals may have arisen out of the drives, but they have more of a life of their own, and are closer to memes, which themselves are closer to ideas and what your own 'self' model actually is. You can use your own general intelligence to decide if you want a goal or not and if it interferes with your other goals and drives. You're free to do whatever you decide you want to do, but at the same time, you should exercise caution and some restraint, if you want to be a moral agent.

I don't know what 'God' means. The definition in most current religions is an idealization of "human nature" with impossible, self-contradictory properties such as omnipotence (among others). A being with self-contradictory properties cannot exist, it means your theory is incorrect.
If I'm allowed to redefine God as the cause of our existence, then that would be whichever theory is right. In my personal, but mostly agnostic belief (as in, no 100% certainty, but high confidence in it), God is just Truth, such as mathematical truth in some well-defined theory (such as one encompassing computation), in which case, the reason we exist and know we exist is because we're a particular structure embedded in a larger structure which we call a physical reality, and we have subjective experiences and continuity associated with how this "Truth" is seen from the inside (what it is like to be something, such as a self-aware human).

Just do whatever you want, but understand the consequences of your actions, so you could better reach what you desire or be who you want to be.
