Shirou only states that her anus is the "dirtiest part of her" which is correct, since it is an anus.

Most likely, Tohsaka has the second cleanest anus, let's see the other heroines:

-Saber: Saber is a knight from the ancient times, therefor she probably lacks of the basic hygiene knowledge. She spent a great deal of time in armor, forced to hide her gender, therefor it is safe to assume she was forced to poop and pee inside her armor.

- Sakura: Worms.

- Ilya: Ilya is an homonculus, therefor it is unknown if she need to poop or not. And even if she did, it is safe to assume her anus is rather clean because of her young aristocrat status. It is also possible her maids clean it for her.


Because of this, my dear /jp/ fellows, it is safe to assume Saber has the dirtiest anus.
