We didn't see their military might, the soldiers who do the dirty work - just the poor, flustered moon bunnies they use for cheap cannon fodder. My favorite part of Cage in Lunatic Runagate and SSiB was the fresh perspective on Reisen. She can communicate with her fellow Moon Rabbits over the vast distance, but can never go home - and still fears what horrible tortures the Lunarians would visit upon her if she was ever captured.
