I remember Mima supposedly killing Mai and/or Yuki in TH5 (which ZUN wouldn't confirm or deny when asked about it), but as far as Alice goes... I thought she was trying to defend Makai from you, and then later on grabbed her super powerful grimoire to try and take revenge on you, but when that failed, she ended up having to serve you in the Extra ending.

Did I forget something...? If anything, in TH5, the heroines are the bad guys...

How evil they are doesn't really matter to me. I actually see them as somewhat of a lesser evil because they actually have a goal they are working together towards instead of randomly attacking passerbys.
