Why were the Zelda threads deleted anyway? Ban evasion is against the rules, but I don't see how Zelda isn't /jp/ material. It should at least be left (it's not rule-breaking) and then the community can decide whether to discuss it or not.

I don't see the big deal. /v/ was a board for video games, and we still discussed GUST games here, but now that /vg/ exists, we can't? If it's related to /jp/, it can stay. If the genre is accepted on /jp/, it can stay too. Visual novels are accepted, shooter games mostly not, with the exception of touhou and CAVE. Ar Tonelico, Sakura Taisen etc. are borderline cases and can go to either board. Zelda has nothing to do with visual novels, and goes to the video game boards. That goes for all video games without VN elements.

They were very explicitly banned multiple times before they became accepted. I think our janitor either likes the games a lot or is trying to follow in AoC's footsteps too much (he hated the threads but tolerated them).
The difference is now we have /vg/. Again, there really is no reason for them to stay. "People make the threads a lot," "People have made the threads for a long time," "People would prefer to discuss it in /jp/," or all of the above are not valid reasons...

Ar Tonelico is really freaking /jp/. I'm not saying go out and buy it, but just read up a little on it. Why are we even discussing this? Aren't there more important matters to be attended? When I see a thread I don't like, I start thinking about mai waifu.

Anyways, I began to watch Azumanga Daioh about a month ago, and as I dove deeper and deeper into the series, the more and more I fapped to hentai of it. I continued to do so until the last episode. Then I watched the series again...and again... and again... I found myself checking out Osaka every on-screen moment she had. I began to stop going to my regular sites just to look at hentai of one person: Osaka. I eventually had 1000s of pictures and some doujins of Osaka. I began to spend what others called absurd amounts of money on merchandise, and my apartment is coated with Osaka everywhere. I've shut myself off from family and friends and felt an urge to just snuggle with my Osaka dolls. Osaka is all I need. She probably wouldn't like the way my family is or how my friends behave. I'm in love with Osaka. I keep praying that she'll come to see me one day and decide to live with me. I have nothing left to live for but Osaka.
