Except I'm a NEET right now.
I am currently not in education, nor am I in employment or training.
School in eight hours though, then my part time job after that ;-;

>>mfw people think being a NEET means not having a life, friends, and posting on /jp/ all day

I'm more NEET than you OP, and I spent my whole week hanging out with friends and having fun, still lurking on /jp/ on my phone when bored. You know why? I don't have a job and I'm not going to school.

>> No.8692279

Gonna NEET the fuck out of tonight and then back to work tomorrow.

yah but writing a series of books on a girl who makes a living as a very strong internet searcher/hacker and gets requests to help vigilante justice and does it almost full-time is kind of lame

along with that is the fact that the male lead just walks around and is told everything that the girl has to look up and usually finds out more big connections than her and is called an assistant

You are now aware that acronyms carry meanings and connotations beyond what they literally stand for.

The English translation of Welcome to the NHK! put it nicely when it described NEET as a less derogatory word for hikikomori. Hurr durr not all NEETs are hikikomori and not all hikikomori are NEETs, but they pretty much imply each other. At least in Japan.

There's a reason we say "NEET" and not "unemployed".

Because you can still be educated or trained, and that's no good.

That's real fuckin' NEETo.
