I couldn't imagine sleeping with anyone. I'm way too conscious about not bothering people when they are sleeping (seeing as I hate it when people are making noise near me when I'm sleeping)

Sometimes I have trouble falling asleep. I'll get a song or specific scenario (probably the beginning of a dream) stuck in my head and I'll lay there for hours not sleeping and just thinking about that one thing. When I get up for whatever reason, either to go to the bathroom or to go on the computer to take my mind off whatever is stuck in my head, I'll be sweating, my heart will be racing, and I can't move my fingers precisely enough to type on a keyboard. When I look at my arms the veins will be bulging. I don't know what's going on.

Happens maybe 3 times a week.

Anyone else get something like this?

Yep, they're called anxiety/panic attacks. I used to get them every night and went to the emergency room a few times because I kept thinking I was having a heart attack.

Once I finally read up on it I learned to just not give a shit when it happens and it went away entirely.

Families suck sometimes. Reasons like this are stupid. It can't be as bad as them watching you writhe around on the ground in complete agony debating for half an hour if it's worth the 1 hour drive to the hospital though. Then ending up not going at all and having to go the next time that happens a few weeks later to find out your gallbladder needs to be removed.

I should probably just go to sleep. The only person I want to talk to is probably still sleeping for a few more hours.
