You have to visit some examiner guy first. They tell the government if you are unable to function in society or not. I got it for depression, anxiety, dyslexia, insomnia and PTSD. I don't know about bipolar though sorry.

Couldn't you get wellfare money for about everything if you just claim that your disorder makes you unable to leave the house?
Like for example if I say I'm a pedo and see a doctor about it and tell him that I'm afraid of leaving the house because I might run into a little girl and that I then couldn't hold back.
