You're simplifying. Some people simply cannot draw. You don't have to be mute or monotone to be unable to sing, for example. There are lots of people who--with any amount of vocal training--could never be considered half-decent singers. A large part of drawing is innate, and some people simply lack the natural talent. I'm not saying it's all natural or that hard work and learning don't pay off, but if you don't have what it takes neurologically, then it's entirely possible you CANNOT draw no matter how much work you put into it.

Don't do short strokes, make long fast ones, fast so you don't get any shaking, overlap the strokes so you form a continuous curve. For complex curves you can make a light thin curve by not putting too much pressure, and then draw over it in sections with more pressure. Use brushes, and not so thin ones.

I made a rock arrange of Meiling's boss theme. I got a bit sick of suckling Miko's puffy teats, so I decided to write something simple-ish for a change.
Somewhere down the line it kept becoming more and more proggy, though...

My hand shakes uncontrollably most of the time. I can clean up my images to be linear, but it takes hours, and the two pictures I posted were scribbled in under 5 minutes each. likewise why there's no attempt at correct perspective in either of them. Just churning out something lazy and sloppy as fast as I could.

The most important thing about art (unless your livelihood depends upon it or will depend upon it), is to feel better after you do it even if you draw like a retarded child (see: my art). I'm not saying artists shouldn't try to improve, I just don't see why they should be concerned about being "taken seriously" unless that is their chosen profession.

Most people start with faces because they are easiest. I'm not saying anatomy isn't important because it is the foundation of pretty much everything (unless you don't draw people, and that includes anime), but only child proteges and idiot savants crawl into this world without having to churn out hundreds of shitty life studies before they can achieve something halfway decent.

Seems to me like the primary problem here is head-to-body ratio. Forgive me for reposting your picture, but if you ask me it looks pretty good if you can't see the head. The right leg might be kind of lacking in depth so it looks like it's bending oddly, but that's all and I don't see a problem proportionally.

I'm not sure what parts of the body you have problems with, but you can always practice hands and shoulders with just the face, at least.
