I like Tewi's dress the most. Fanart always makes it look so erotic and it's pretty cute on its own.

Ellen/Marisa's apron dresses are pretty cute though, so I choose that for the second option. The version with the M on it.

I like Koishi's dress the most. It's simple yet cute, and the colors look nice together.

Yukari dress sense is the absolute best, followed by Toyohime and probably Kasen.

Nazrin wears a simple yet stylish dress plus those holes would provide you with a cool breeze during flight while going some way to stop the wind catching your skirt and flipping it over your head.

Lilly White has been one of the very few characters I liked more from the original work than the derivatives, even appearing as that little quick sprite. I found her simple dress and her hair so elegant I thought she was the level boss the first time I played PCB.

I always loved Kaguya's dress.
Too bad its one of those costumes that MUST be made of silk satin to look decent, shitty cotton just doesnt cut it.
As result, i have yet to see a decent quality (costume-wise) Kaguya cosplay.

It took me 10 minutes of googling to write that post, so im not really that much of a fabric specialist, that's more of a /co/ speciality.
But anyway, Kaguya's costume is supposed to be extremely luxurious. The dress material should have a soft, "flowing", glossy feeling. The best fabric which has all these properties is satin. Which is usually is made of polyester or silk, and you guess which is more luxurious.

Another one of my favourites. Too bad i dont think i have seen any cosplay of her at all, and i cant think of a way to make her scarves float and flow properly anyway.

the one on the left dose look really bad, (glossy iron on patches, poor color coordination, bad stitching on the fringe) and the one on the right the fabric looks to course for the style but it holds the shape well, (although it could because to the stand its on) over all the one on the right looks better

I was thinking of doing her sometime. Her hat's antennae could fairly easily be done with a small bit of wire, so maybe the scarves (or at least the loop in the back) can be done similarly. Thicker wire of course.
