There isn't much of a system, at least not yet.
When you make a baby it goes in your inventory.
If you go to the house you can take the baby out of your inventory and put it in the house.
It will then be crawling around on the floor.
Nanakos interaction with the babies are very limited, usually Nanako just looks at it and thinks about how she made it and who the father is (if it was named character).

Some babies have a little more interaction:
Slime baby can be fed and grows up to look differently
Rin baby can be fed, if Rin is aroused Nanako will taunt her and you get a h-scene.
Dog baby becomes Nana.

Maybe in another 4 years it will be a full blown tamagotchi like mingame.

Because of the way the game is made.
Anyone can contribute, and people generally just add whatever they find hot.
They have a thread where they discuss story ideas and in the updates thread they agree on some game mechanics.
But besides that there is very little overall direction, people just do whatever they want, but the low entry barrier is probably one of the things that has helped keep it alive for 4 years.

It's part of her main quest, it was added just a couple weeks ago.
When you contact the shady guy in the slums for clues on the heirloom pick the middle option then head to the brothel in the eastern part of the capital.
There she is introduced to some loli brothel in the mountains, where she attends class to learn how to masturbate.

From what I've gathered:
The introduction of the magical horse train routes have sparked a sort of "industrial revolution" in the VH-universe.
Making for more efficient transportation trade and communication and made people leave the country side and move to the cities etc.
But the horse trains are controlled by some shady mage guild.
So there are some conspiracies going on and a war between the humans and the orc kingdom is about to break out.
Basically our two naive heroines are getting themselves involved in something much bigger and more sinister than they expected.

Apparently you have to be a specific ranking to be allowed to do the murder quest, no more no less, so doing to many quests can make it unavailable too.
For you it might be easier to just play debug mode and just set your guild rating to the correct value (15 or 16 I think it was).

Not just the priest, the important looking guy on the second floor. Talk to the priestess in fornt of the stairs to pass.

You start as Serena, go to rich district, go to knight bank, talk to the guy in the middle, go upstairs, talk to the guy who directs you to an informant in the slums

You go to the slums, he introduces himself and becomes a quest giver after you register with the guild. One of them involves infiltrating a loli brothel, however it's pretty shit.

I'm updating my game to the latest, and I've got no probs adding the trans patch; it's when I load up my game, a lot of my equipment is gone or just appears blank.

I cannot get anything new either. It remains the same.
There are a few things untranslated that were before, such as when using the Debug Tool, but that's not really a huge issue.
I have no equipment except one in Jap and can't change it. Also, Nanko APPEARS to be wearing her clothes, she's not naked.

Anyone know of the problem on how to fix it?
