I'd rangeban every tripcode user. That's just the first step towards creating an Otaku Utopia. Then I'd sticky a all the VN, idol, OC, music and other such things on the front page. That way, no one would have a need to sage, unless it was a /v/ or /b/ or /a/ raid. I'd also allow a kopipe and re-post thread to be created. Along with a metathread for general chit-chat. It would condense those things.

Janitors can submit ban requests directly to mods. I don't know how seriously they take it though, given that there are dozens of janitors (hell, moot wanted something like 65 when he first rolled out the janitor system).
