You're doing it wrong.

I know a guy who browses /fit/. He's quite possibly the most pathetic person I know. His social skills are incredibly retarded to the point where he won't talk to anyone on the phone, not even to order a pizza. He won't even answer the door if he's expecting a package. As if it weren't glaringly obvious to himself, he still wishes to live a normal life and tells me about all the hot girls he sees around town and how he's going to eventually talk to them. He has no drivers license at 23 yet drives anyway. The only thing that's stopping him from getting a license is his own laziness and lack of dedication to follow through with anything. He's gone to driving school multiple times in the past and always stops going partway through because he doubts himself, even though he can pass all the exams.

To top it off, he constantly tells me what I'm eating is bad for me while sipping on some sickening mixture of fruit blended with a protein shake. He has absolutely no skills in the kitchen at all, which annoys me especially. His grilled chicken is always bone dry. He always eats his steak well-done with ketchup. The only butter he has is unsalted and kept in the fridge and always tells me how much better margarine is for you.

Although it's the pressure of society getting to him, he lacks the common sense to distinguish what is sensible and what isn't. He just blindly follows whatever other people are doing.

I once checked /fit/ and I got the idea that he might actually be homosexual. He always sends me pictures of muscular men and tells me how he wants to look like them one day. You should see how he reacts when he can't play a game. He actually rages. I remember once killing him a few times in a game and he ragequit and went to the gym.

When he's not playing games, I think he goes on Omegle or Chatroulette. A lot of times when he gets into Ventrilo the microphone that is selected is the one on his webcam. Also, he once complained to me how he was banned from Chatroulette because of some penis-detecting software or something. He told me it was his arm. I'll believe anything anyone tells me, especially if I've known them a long time.

All i'd have to do is dye my hair and beard and I could so do a Cho Marisa. Then again i'd either have to keep going, or risk all the muscle turning into fat and i'd look like flappy Ahnold.
