Cut a hole of ~15*20mm into black paper, place it infront of your eyes about the distance of glasses, thats how you see.
but if you realy want to know it, buy one.

The eyes on mine are far apart in comparison to my real eyes, so in order to "look" at a person or a camera, I have to center them right in the forward blindspot. Unless you have something with a small degree of the "follow-me" effect, it's an important thing to take note of.
