I am in a very serious relationship for a few years allready and with a good chance to marry this year.

Now remember my GF is a 23 year old Japanese girl with 0 interest in video games, her PC skills are limited to browsing the internet and using facebook.What she has most interest is fashion ,beauty products cooking... and so on .

So a very very normal girl.

and we still manage to have great fun, I cant even remember when we did watch TV together.The TV is only used to watch a movie sometimes together.

I can give you a normal weekend day.We would go out to a restaurant and eat something, go coffee after that with some friends, after that I go with her to check out some make up and cloths that she likes and wants to buy, later she goes with me and I checks some Games and electronic that I have interest and after that we go drink something again and back home.

now depending on the mood and day we would sometimes go watch a movie in cinema at night.

I don't understand people--people are pretty much the same, they must all have dreams and aspirations and try their hardest to do what they believe in, they express this is so many different ways it's dizzying.

I went out with a girl once--we visited the library, walked around boardwalk window shopping and I was mostly trying out clothes while she waited on me. We had a light lunch (with ramune!) and a cheap dinner. I laughed a lot and we didn't end up buying much, but it was still a lot of fun.

I guess I used to think that there needed to be something shared like a hobby or a setting or something, but something can be anything, and it's fine to have obscure interests which you don't really share much--people might not find anything odd about that, it could be something new and interesting.

I haven't really had any friends for the last few years, and there's really nothing unpleasant about it. That I don't "understand" some innate "truth" defining myself comes as a relief, even if ultimately nothing much changes.
