Eyes are the one thing you don't need a tutorial on.
Only hard thing is the placement on the face.
Shape is a bit hard to get right but you have a lot of freedom if you're not trying to be realistic.
But shading?
Why would you need a tutorial for that.
If you know your way around the software you use, you should be able to copy any kind of shading style you choose.
You don't need a tutorial, just look at how other artists do it and copy what you like.

Eyes are fucking easy.
Try noses, hands, feet, most fucking parts of anatomy are harder than eyes.
Particularly since it's hard to make eyes look bad.

Don't practice eyes on their own, always practice them as if you're drawing a face, else you're going to learn next to fuck all.

You'll learn quicker if you're loose and stop trying to produce detailed drawings as practice. You'll learn more from 20 mediocre drawings than if you did a couple detailed drawings.

Provided you can actually identify what you're doing wrong. Things tend to go wrong because your understanding of the subject matter was fundamentally incorrect in the first place.
