Hey /jp/ I'm not a big poster here, but a semi lurker and was wondering if anyone knows of any VN's that work on mac?

I have a friend who has a mac and she has really enjoyed Katawa Shojou and is now hooked on VN's. So if anyone could help, you guys could!

Why not just use a virtual machine?

You didn't even try, did you? Reported.

Plenty of Ren'Py ones do.
Here's one I liked but /jp/ HAET:

Plenty of ``entry-level'' Japanese-translated-to-English VNs work in Wine too. I've personally ran Saya no Uta, Wanko to Kurasou, Shuffle! and a few other VNs under Linux.

I am reporting you for misuse of the quote function.
Bear in mind that I grew up three blocks away from W.T. Snacks so I have some pretty strong connections.

Uhh...
That was the first applicable image I could find in my image folder and my friend does in fact; use a mac. She asked me to check for her if I came across any, but I don't specifically search them out as I use a PC.

I suppose if the mods want to delete a legit post, then so be it.

Awesome thank you, I'll check them out.
I'm trying to avoid using emulation or virtualized machines as she's not the most savy with that sort of thing.

I just suggest dual-booting, it's easier in the end. You can do wine or wrappers like CXEx but you will have problems with certain VNs. But it's your own prerogative really.
There are some other Mac VNs but I don't know of any really good ones and most of the "intro" VNs if you're just starting are Windows only.

bootcamp makes this very easy to do. Even the most technologically impaired person will be able to handle it.
