I cant help but think that Flandre is like a vampire thalidomide baby.
Deformed limbs (wings), deformed mouth (fangs too small to be functional), and a personality disorder.
Most vampire stories state that child vampires either cannot or should not make new vampires.
But if Remi and Flan really were sisters in life, not just "sisters" because they were turned by the same vampire, Remi may have been tempted to try and turn her sister anyway to avoid seperation and lonliness.
And the transformation was only partially successful.
Maybe we will find out for sure in eight days when Symposium on Post-Mysticism releases?
