Seriously, Mewt's mother wasn't brought back to life, was she? And the more time he spent in the false Ivalice the less he remembered about his real mother.

The book created a parasitic world to feed Mewt's fantasies, and it was not healthy for him to stay there. It wasn't healthy for Mewt's father or Ritz or wheelchair boy to stay there either. Only Mewt was strong enough to realize this.</spoiler>

Another reason is that people think Marche had the least to run from in the first place and no proper temptation to make him look selfless in the face of it. I second this. I played Morrowind and felt it was okay but really felt lacking without heavy modding. I avoided Oblivion since the general consensus was that it was bad. When everyone else was getting hyped for Skyrim I expected Oblivion with dragons and couldn't have cared less, but then it actually came out and a week later, people were actually enjoying it so I got it and enjoyed it as well. It's one of the few commercial titles in years I've felt is actually worth spending money on.

That's why I wonder what all the hate is for. Are there glaring flaws that are there that weren't in (Oblivion/Morrowind/Daggerfall) but suddenly are in Skyrim? If anything, Bethesda's certainly gotten better about their games being less prone to crash to desktop.</spoiler>

I did miss the lack of acrobatics skill in Skyrim, but other than that, I feel that some of the simplifications weren't bad things. Namely, merging the weapons into two-handed, one-handed, and archery. They still more or less pigeonhole you into one weapon type with the weapon perks anyhow.

Still, a big detractor from Morrowind for me was that when I played it would crash every 5-30 minutes on average. That made it very unfun.</spoiler>

The end of that questline hurt.
After I finished it, I felt kind of hollow, and never returned to the Sanctuary with the character I had. It felt to empty.

Any game set in Ivalice. I'd probably like to have the Grimorie of the rift like Luso and travel through Ivalice's history. Personally I liked ffta2. Main story wasn't special but the gameplay was adictive and the sidequests made up for it. I just liked anouther prespecitve of Ivalice.

Even so, if I were to mention a particular time, I'd probably go for the vagrant story period. That game was fucking awsome. Then perhaps the fft and fffta periods after that.

Secondly, I'd probably like to revisit the original spyro universe. It was just nice there.

Thirdly, perhaps the NieR and Drakangard Universe, but not to live... but just to visit. Prefebly inbetween the two games to see the events that linked them.</spoiler>
