These just seem like a huge waste of money. Very expensive and they look too simple to justify that price. Just make one yourself. Hell, you might end up with something that looks even better.

I just got the Patchy one the other day. She's really cute, but bigger than all of my other plushies besides Hanyuu, and I feel like they don't get along well.

Still, I had several as a kid, and while they don't live long. I remember the one who came down with some kind of wasting bird disease, but after two gruelling weeks nursing her and feeding her bird medicine mixed with honey, she made a full recovery and was more energetic than ever, until she dropped stone dead one day right after I'd played with her and put her back in her cage.
Aside from that they're good pets, though still not a match for small mammals.
