Here's a trick most Japanese girls do
-eyelid tape to give them double lids
-heavy liquid eyeliner
-false lashed (2 pairs max for each eye)
-circle lenses to give off bigger eyes

Along with contouring makeup that's usually how 90% of the girls do it from Japan. It's a lot of work to look pretty.
