Well the chance of the accident happening, the chances that something like dimension transfer happens, chances that out of all dimenstions that exist you get sent to gensokyo and not to some crazy matter universe or something... Here just to make a comparison... you have a 0.0193016% chance of getting born as a japanese. But this is quite inaccurate since i just used japans populaton/world population, if you factor in the birth rate in different countrys around the world and japans birth rate the figure would be even lower and i dare say quite lower...
