You and everyone else. The only way to get this done is for one person to take the initiative, authority, and start working. I'd imagine /jp/ mansion as a small meetup, or a group of roomates, not a gigant mansion with the whole board in it. A lot of /jp/sies know each other, so they can get it to work if they wanted to, and some of them do. Anything else is starting to be a little unrealistic. Its not that /jp/ is lacking in effort, it just a very hard and unpalatable goal.

In case some of you are serious, the housing prices haven't reached the trough, yet. The Obama Administration is fighting a losing battle to prevent it but they're destined to lose this battle. For the cheapest prices, waiting another 1-2 years may be ideal.

I live in Manhattan. The only way we could even afford a /jp/ apartment would be to stick two bunk beds in a studio apartment.

The smell of semen would be pretty unbearable at first, but I think we would get used to it.

This is a totally preposterous idea. It's totally hypocritical; you want to be alone, but you'd be living with other people. You'd be living alone; but you couldn't have the income for such a large house on autism bucks. You don't want to live with normals; but you would have to because at least half of you would need to flip burgers. You'd crave independence from your parents; but you'd be dependent on each other.

I think the only board that could actually do this is /diy/, and I think they already are trying to build a whole damn self-sufficient village. /jp/ couldn't even manage the plans for that, let alone the work.
