Suika isn't just density control in the traditional sense, but also in the abstract sense limited (seemingly) by her imagination alone. Easiest example being how she brings people together during IaMP. Keine's power is just odd because it obviously has limitations, but sounds pretty strong. She can edit history, creating events or concealing them. It's a odd power I don't imagine being copied too much because it's hard to define exactly how it works.
